Important Dates

Registration Details

To ensure the publication of a paper in the proceedings, at least one author has to register by paying the registration fee within the given deadline. The authors are requested to make the registration of their accepted paper using the following steps and guidelines. Please pay the registration fee by 15 October 2024, to avoid the late-fee penalty. The registration charges for the early bird and late registration are as follows:

Note:

1. Above 12 pages in the given Springer Format, there will be extra page charges (INR 500 per page for Indian Authors and USD 10 per page for Foreign Authors).
2. Registration fee for the conference includes presentation during the conference, attendance to all the sessions, and keynote talks.
3. All the Registered and presented paper will be submitted to Springer Serires LNNS.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy: A candidate once registered and paid the registration fee is not allowed to cancel the registration. The registration fee for the conference once paid is not refundable.
